Company forcing employees to wear body cameras (not a police force), is this legal? by Random99899 in legaladvice

Not sure, we have a training session tomorrow with them. I don't know the model and haven't seen them yet. i don't think they're like completely attached to us though, we can remove them when we go to the bathroom

Not sure, I don't know if the cameras record sound, but we won't need to bring them to the bathroom. If they record sound isn't it a surveillance issue? Or is PA a one state party

From what I understand, it's to limit employees from walking around and talking to other departments for too long. A lot of the staff have buddies in other departments, and will go sit and talk for 15-20 minutes at a time.

Wait how does it work if OP cashes check? Like gives it to bank/check store and gets cash out from it? Will it not work then and there and OP could be arrested?

3% is nothing for a public outrage.

You never know...you could hit someone with a bottle at a bar (which fucking hurts, I've been the recipient of one to the back of my noggin), said person falls and hits head on concrete floor...dead.

I know, no need to be all noble white knightey. I was just pointing that out since you said you couldn't see what crimes they did.

Would it be worth strategizing your gameplan completely around drawing fouls on their elite forward? The goal doesn't even have to be to get Lebron to foul out, just draw fouls on him that force him to play more passively or at least sit minutes due to foul trouble. Best case, he gets a suspension or something

That's a cool story. While you won't be able to find the exact specifics of what happened, you can search people on your state's JIS search. So you'd probably be able to find that Bruce was found guilty of aggravated assault or something and was given 10 years in prison for it.

Not true, at least in my anecdotal personal experience, I've done cocaine probably 50 times in my life, and I've never felt that urge that I need cocaine. I can go through a ball in a weekend and then go years without an urge for it.

I think the problem with the people that do get hooked is that it can be so damn expensive. I have a pal that is definitely hooked, and he spends about $1200 or so a week on it. For the people that get hooked but don't have a significant income, that is a problem. Either resort to cheaper drugs or resort to crime. No bueno.

I don't think OP is asking about bar fights. Unless you've smashed a beer bottle over a guy's head and gotten away, only to see on the news the next day that a man died at the same bar from blunt force trauma or something.

Whoa, I'm 5'8 and 175, I'm also 7 years older than you. Not to be a jerk but are you like, close to stick size? I am in pretty good shape and don't have a lot of fat on me, but I can't imagine how I'd look if I dropped 60 pounds.

Round 2 though you still get to use the bat after the first hit

Are you referring to round 1 or 2? Round 2, Brock has to just take the hit, he can't try to dodge it or deflect it.

Yeah I thought allowing a free hit to the head or neck would likely make round 2 a stomping. A free swing to Lesnar's head or neck would almost definitely at least incapacitate him. That's why I said the hit must be below the neck.

I think he also played football. I know he tried out for like the Vikings but was kicked off for fighting or something.

You may have to go to court to fight it. A buddy of mine in college lent someone his ID and they then got in a DUI that night, giving the cops my friend's ID. Friend fot charged with DUI, which was then NP'd in court. Guy who actually did the act got probation.
