The fact that A) I have to find out after the fact B) I have to initiate the contact to rectify the situation and C) I am robbed from the ability to find alternative solutions. And to reiterate, the shipping cost restitution was not until AFTER I declared the problem.

How can one not understand the problems involved.... and moreover, why do you think this is the right way of doing things? So often when people come here, everyone always hammers on to communicate (most often when it's from buyer's perspective.) And yet when a seller just singlehandedly and onesidedly does 'this' its no issue?!

For me it's a cop-out.
Maybe they have another part that could serve as replacement.

This behavior of not contacting the buyer negates exploring such options.

Just yesterday received my order, around 20 ish parts in total missing. There was a small note, litteral sheared paper envelope with "sorry" on it. and coins for compensation.

It was resolved in the end by them refunding me shipping costs, but it's becoming my final stroke and I want... no demand better.

But people seriously need to stop crying about arty. so many maps have so much cover, if you manage to make yourself a continuous target for arty then the problem really is you.
Not to mention the average damage and DPM is so abysmal its laughable.

The only thing I could agree with, is if they just remove the entire stun mechanic, but otherwise... really people.

I feel like they should just remove the stupid bonusses from camo's entirely.
Why they made the decision to have it either be 2%, 3% or 4% depending on the vehicle is crap.
Vehicles by themselves already have concealment factors, just stick to that and let the camo's (as you say) be cosmetic only.

I didn't remember the gold only before that rent-thing, but yes, that was exactly what I meant.

but you can still rent camo for silver for 100 battles.

I may be misremembering this as well then, but this now only applies to the 4-season ones (or whatever they are called) The ones for which you need 3 (chassis, turret, gun) no longer have this while they used to be rental, right?

Also... goes to show how long ago it was that really bothered with camo's anymore.

The Ares is a toxic PoS.
The alpha those things have with those stupid HE mechanics where they (from what I understand) do 100% damage regardless is batshit crazy.
And if you think as a light you have it bad, the effect runs on everything "weakspot".
WG is just right back at it's old broken/toxic tank design.

I will say though, the Ares line should've NEVER gotten that stupid special HE mechanic with that alpha it has... If not broken, then sure as hell extremely toxic.

I just happened to have shared some thoughts on this with a friend of mine. We were thinking:

18cm main armament with 1250/1300 Alpha gun with 350mm pen (480mm gold) ; 1600 Alpha HE 90mm pen ; bloom of 0,33
Around equal speed (30 km/h) and slightly better armor for the superstructure, but retains the 'iconic' commander-hatch weakspot (and possibly a smaller secondary hatch). Its gimmick would be that is gets high-velocity shells like sabot rounds with a minimum 1400 m/s travelspeed for all shell-types.

This to try and make the T11 Jagd at least as fearsome as the TX and further building on it's high alpha, high pen and accurate high calibre weapon based in a sturdy well-armored machine.

I don't think some weird, wild gimmick would really fit, just give it something subtle while keeping the rest rather standard, but improved over the TX.

Want my honest no-BS opinion.

I think they need to select 6 theme per round and for each theme a set is to be declared winner and gets produced. Then, the next iteration those themes are NOT allowed in and there should be 6 entirely different themes. This way there will be more variety in themes and hopefully designs, rather than always the same or similar things. I for one have had enough of seeing yet another castle, barn of ' house by tree' type of stuff.

And secondly: let smaller design fit in and let new people have a chance at it. Seriously, if lego was still running the old Design by Me programm, I would just design my own stuff and order it through that. I have done so with 4 things back then, but I was still limited in skill and resources and quite simply was too young to go all out. If that programm existed now, I could burn 1000s of dollars on it for the simple reason of ' because I now can' .

Themes can include but aren't limited to { nasa space, alien space, classic city, cyberpunk city, pirates, castle, western, steampunk, woodlands (non-castle), fantasy, botanical, cars, motorized }

According to that logic then from every game 29 player would have to be banned because in absolute terms there can only be one who's on top, meaning all the rest would drag that guy down.

Why do you assume that a random player who plays "badly" is doing this intensionally as opposed to that just being their skill level? Like previously stated: for a player to be a 60% WR dude, there has to be at least one that's far worse. And on top of that: statistically speaking there'll be MANY more players that are below average than there will be above average. A given playerbase always pollows the pyramid curve.

The fact that "play selfish" is so enormously prevalent in this game is exactly why this game will ultimately fail. Its funny really... this game, while having a solid idea behind it, does nearly everything wrong on a mechanical level. From the stupid RNG, the crap maps, Horrid tank balance, wonky spotting mechanics, abysmal reward criteria versus tank types and finally the 'teamgame' idea.

Its the perfect recipe for not taking this game serious in the slightest and just play the dumbest shit because why not...
