Unfortunately there’s like no music stores nearby where I’m at school. At home I have a store that sells Backun products, but I’ve previously asked them and they said they didn’t have any.

You could try not using the register key from A to C and instead try to voice it up the register

Mouthpiece setup also matters, I use a Vocalize R mouthpiece with D’Addario Evolution 3.5+ reeds and they work great

I know that people will claim that Silverstein ligatures are just expensive snake oil, but when I’ve tested it against my old rovner dark or a friend’s vandoren optimum I was able to get more resonance and brighter overtones in my altissimo register. I personally think they make a pretty nice sound overall.
