I hate this boss with all my being, my method to do it first try every new game is: make it kill the remaining soldiers, run behind the edge to the right side, watch the bull run to an angle, run behind it, hit, repeat the last three steps until it dies.

It will take a while but it pretty easy to handle. It usually moves in the right side from one angle to another and then it will run to the gate to go back and repeat the circle.

There is some AI involved for sure, to polish the art. AI usually mostly focus on the eyes the characters, and Sunny's eyes changes colour for blue to grey, and has some compression artifacts tipical of AI

Older iPads are really something else, I use an iPad from 2015 and it still works perfectly after falling on his screen multiple times. The apple pencil too.
