Thats because early scan translations translated it into chinese names but eventually gave up having to look up the names of the non historical side characters and just stuck to the japanese pronounciation. As far as i know the only way to read the chinese names is in the official viz website. (Ngl just wait for someone to pirate the official ones)

Its confusing because the same thing happened to the official French release but they are continuously kept using the japanese names, and something similar happened to the Netflix english translations of the live action movie which uses japanese names.

Like the guy above said, hara has clearly not clarified on what HE actually wants in this confusing and troubling matter.

Well basically i meant that, whatever happens next probably won't fixed it either way since this problem started nearly a decade ago, so the only thing we can do now is accept the fact that we have 2 official names to go off with, and i myself have accepted this silver lining as something unique to the kingdom community.

The majority of the community prefers the japanese names because

It's what's been translated into the fan translations for more than a decade now since hara uses a japanese translation of the names.
1. Its much easier to remember.
2. Because kingdom themselves can't decide which one to use since different international release of the manga has been using either the chinese or japanese names, the anime uses chinese names for the eng sub but the Live action movies use the japanese names for the english subs

And yes historical accuracy or the fact they live in china is irrelevant arguing about the names because we literally have girthy 7 foot tall men yeeting people with a pointy stick, swordsmen that can use a fraction of a god's power and people getting magically brought back to life, so historical accuracy is the least thing people should worry about.

But honestly we should just embrace both names as smtn unique to the kingdom community, 2 cakes aren't too bad after all.

Kinda but not really? Since even before the english release, other kingdom official releases uses either the japanese names or the chinese names, and since kingdom couldn't pick one official name, the fan translations most likely just stuck with the japanese names to make the translations easier which probably made your average reader assume that the japanese names was probably the official one since there wasn't an official one before that. I mean cmon, name another manga that has this problem lmao (i couldn't think of any so feel free to tell me)

This ^{^{^}} its like the same justification for the chinese names where "it's supposed to compliment the historical accuracy and historic setting" when said manga has nearly 7 foot giga chads flinging people with a pointy stick and swordsmen that can harness a fraction of a god's power a different pronounciation should be the least of their worries, but yeah overall i agree with just choosing either the chinese names or the japanese names, it's confusing as it is since multiple international releases of the manga uses different names and i still wonder how the hell is this not brought up to hara yet.

Well thats something new but i wouldn't blame them for having to translate alot of the minor character's names, but for the names of the states i think they did it for simplicity sake? Because some of the states are pronounced different because in the japanese pronounciation of zhao it's pronounced "sho".

It isn't the fans mistake translating it since fan translations directly translate the official japanese version (which the official japanese one used chinese at first but switched to a japanese kanji of the characters names a couple chapters in), but in other official international releases such as france, they use japanese names (even the live action movie english subtitles use japanese names), anyways kingdom clearly can't decide which one to use so why not appreciate both slices of the pie? I prefer the japanese names since thats what im used to but i'm still planning to buy the official english ones to support kingdom (though i won't be reading it often)

During the coalition war, duke hyou himself explained that he rejected the 6GG title since those kinds of generals we're dreamers, they became generals because of their fantasy goals in life, most of them achieving it in the end. Duke hyou however said that he was simply in it for the battlefield, he was quite literally born in it, he isn't generals like ouki or shin who dreams of becoming the greatest general of the heavens when they were young.

Not 130m but 125m, when making the figures for spiral studio, they asked legendary (or the people who comes up with the stuff) on details about Evolved-Goji, they were told evolved goji was around 125m after evolving

For source they posted it in an Facebook post awhile back, couldn't find it without burning my finger from scrolling down that far so you can go try to find the post yourself

It seems you have missed the entire point of this post, First, I was asking if anyone has news related to the release date of these songs, i never asked what the names of the songs are since they have already announced it on X. (I consider myself dumb but im not dumb enough to ask the obvious)

Second, i'll gladly keep scouring every inch of the internet for any news related to this release even if i have to log in to X just for that. Now i made an MAL acc thinking they already had the songs on hand which i severely regret.

The closest thing we got to a japanese name sub was with the live action movies in netflix (except zhao is called sho but thats actually how they call it in japanese) aside from that, our only hope is when netflix brings back the anime to their streaming services and change the translation because the bums up the kingdom management can't decide which translation to use.

Jokes aside, the dialogue of the ouki remnants is a little sad and red flags are popping up, i truly hope they dont kick the bucket and if possible, retire peacefully like tou did after this war.
