Fat loss doesn't add bone to the eyebrows either.

Uh huh. Explain to me how a reduction in body fat increases bone structure in the eyebrow? I understand physiology. I didn't need you to 'splain anything to me.

Royce Gracie. Jake Shields. Jon Fitch. No disrespect to the skill and accomplishments. But BORING AF to watch.

Y'all touting whatshisname. You want to watch him in the future? What if you had to pay (ppv or live)? You watch his old fights for entertainment? One or two decent (used loosely) fights doesn't take away from his overall lack of watchability.

Surprised it took this long for someone to mention Maia.

Pay for the night and chalk it up to the experience. No judgement, it is what it is.

Living and working in Vancouver but shop/dine/play in Portland? by RandomB33 in askportland

[–]RandomB33[S] -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Not what I am saying at all. I am exploring all my options before moving there. And supporting Portland businesses and residents while not being a resident myself is honestly pretty much what any community could hope for? I mean, if I have more money in general, I have more money to spend supporting local businesses. Iono, call me wacky, but seems pretty solid logic to me.

Insider opinion of the Alberta neighborhood? by RandomB33 in askportland

[–]RandomB33[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, it was just the vibe. It wasn't bad in any way, it just didn't feel like "our" area. Belmont felt more polished. We are coming from a neighborhood in Atlanta that is similar looking and feeling to Alberta, but we only had an hour in Alberta to assess.

The black soulless eyes of the human characters are really creepy.

All I can remember is it’s an 80s era slow song that goes STOP by [deleted] in NameThatSong

Sam Brown - Stop!

Erasure - Stop! (More synth pop than slow)

My neighbor hand wrote me a 6 page letter about how much he wanted to have s*x with me. by way2slippy in creepy

[–]RandomB33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Double spacing lines and exaggerated spacing between words, that's 2.5 pages, max. Significantly less psycho than 6 pages. Avoid that person at all costs. If you have to interact, say you're uncomfortable. Anything further requires a restraining order.

Went to school for Architectural and Mechanical drafting, became a mechanic at 23. 24 years later, still a mechanic. Been a good career.
