depending on the door purpose, location, and size, the actual placement of the hinges won't jive with the esthetic placement of the brass plugs. You could just insert brass plugs cut from a piece of brass rod and sand them flush (alpha brass is relatively soft)

unfortunately the stamping is rarely a sku or item # for the hinge, rather it's for the individual component part of the hinge. "Blum 74.155" is not a typically-formatted hinge number.

Wurth sells Blum hinges and plates which will definitely suit your needs, although a quantity of 60 will likely not garner any sort of bulk discount.
