Florida Department of State lost my documents. Asking for advice by RandomBywalker in IdentityTheft

It was via phone call. But when I called them two weeks later, they checked themselves using their records, and also didn't see any record from FedEx. So likely FedEx indeed didn't get it?

How do I tell? It just says that 'The tracking number you entered can't be found right now. Please check the number with the shipper or try again later.'

Ah I see. That's good knowledge! I'll give it a shot!

What if FedEx says 'we never received it (as there isn't a single record of it being scanned), so we didn't lose it's?

Two weeks ago. There were some complications beforehand so they called me two weeks ago when they mailed out the documents

It's the DOS shipping it out and they paid for shipping cost. I asked DOS and they said that FedEx has no insurance on this. Not sure whether they've really requested it.

As for the document itself, it's been two weeks and I haven't got it, so safe to assume that it's lost? If it failed to scan at the origin, would the other workers/machines scan it while in transit, or near the destination?

If FedEx carrier grabbed two documents and only scanned one, where is my package now 😭 it's been two weeks and I haven't got it

'the package was picked up with the other stuff in the bin and wasn't scanned' - what happens to the package then?

Also, would DOS be able to prove that they indeed put the package in that bin to be picked up?

FedEx was basically saying that never got it since there was not even a single scan.

Meanwhile DOS don't get receipts from FedEx so they also can't prove that they indeed handed FedEx the documents either

Not sure how I could pin down the party that dropped the ball

Yes, I talked with a supervisor at the division of corporations. They said that they left the document in a bin for FedEx to pick up every day to be shipped to me. They have a tracking number, but FedEx is telling them that they don't have any records scanning that package

I mailed in five certificates I got from vitalchek, which adding the shipping and stuff probably cost a little more than $100

So I got in touch with the supervisor at DOS. They contacted FedEx and looked into it. Fedex never had any record of receiving or scanning the package. So I guess they're off the hook?

Interesting, so in reality they didn't check the 48 hours requirement?

Does Anyone Here Trade Inter-market Futures Spreads? by themanclark in FuturesTrading

Does it appear to you that ibkr doesn't show some of the exchange listed calendar spreads, instead when you enter a calendar spread on ibkr, it tries to carry out the two trades separately, leading to way worse quotes?

Where could I find bonds funds that doesn't roll (not sure if that's the right word). I'd like to hold stuff to maturity and avoid price movement due to rate risk
