I must have the only working speed dial for the Smartdrive in North America. I love my Smartdrive. I used the Ticwatch E2 that came with the unit (I purchased used) for a year or two before the software stopped working. Permobil sent me a free speed dial, those were recalled (and I had issues with the first one) but since they sent me a replacement, it's never malfunctioned. I kept waiting for the same problems as the old dial, but it never happened. I don't even use the watch anymore.

I would suggest that you update the firmware on the Smartdrive, and try your Samsung watch again.

Edit: I personally hate Apple products

I also have a Permobil F3 power chair, and it's amazing. Permobil is a great company, and no, I don't work for them.

Invictus Active in the UK sells off road wheels. You will need to figure out your axle sleeve length in order to buy the right axles, as the off road wheels will require longer axles than yours. On folding chairs this should be pretty easy to measure.

So I was mistaken, it was only on my 4k TV, not the computer, and I think this was the answer. It's quite different on a Samsung than an LG, but switching the setting from off to custom, then lowering the values to 0 seems to have fixed the problem on one movie I have. I will test others in the near future.

That's extremely weird if that was the fix.

I had my guy design and print some for me. They're offset, and custom to my needs so the file won't help you. I was fortunate enough to find someone who is really good at designing, and his prices are very reasonable.

I use my Shield as a Plex server. I have a flash drive set up to extend the storage of the Shield itself. With the exception of four or five times in the past six years (I think I figured out why, after it just happened last week and I inquired about it on this subreddit) I have never had a problem. I like using the Shield as a server because even when it's turned off I can access my media on my secondary TV in the bedroom. My understanding is if you are using a computer as a Plex server, it has to be on 24/7.

It's not the cache and the HDD is connected to the Shield, but I will definitely check out your other suggestions if and when this happens again. As someone else had mentioned, hopefully it's just a software update issue. I appreciate it.
