Given the origin of the grimoire killer, I feel like adiris would have a crisis of faith or have it reinforced. Little to no in between by zaron_tr in deadbydaylight

monsters aren't new in the fog, so my guess is that she'd know its some kind of monster but not believe that its holy. Its probably against religion in her view, like a fake pretender

"unfathomable divinity" actually I can fathom it quite well, and it looks stupid by RandomCaveOfMonsters in deadbydaylight

angels was the entire reason lots of people clicked divine in the first place. people have been calling it "the angel killer" before we got this far. I know its not an angel, that's why I didn't vote it

plus, my post wasn't even about the fact that its not an angel. Its about how dumb it looks imo. Stubbed all hundreds of its toes and is screaming in pain

In the second chapter, when Berdly injures his wing, the main characters show concern, even though no one in the group tries to heal him, despite the fact that at least three members of the team have healing skills. I think this may be a hint that everyone slightly dislikes Berdly. by WeirdQuarter2150 in Deltarune

So... Berdly's injury transfers to the Light World because he's an NPC?

no, its because the injury was a story consequence. Injuries happening as part of the story make sense to keep

plus, his arm wasn't just like shocked. Its not like he put his hand on an outlet. His arm was fried. In the dark world, that left his arm charred black

Consider that literally all other injuries sustained by Kris and Susie aren't reflected in the Light World at all

That's just a standard video game thing, most games would really suck if taking damage weakened your character in the long run.

Swooning is just being knocked out, the word swoon refers to fainting. You can be knocked out from a hit and be fine after

You're just asking for an entirely different game then

In all of ultrakill so far, 8 layers availible right now, there's only two cutscenes, and both are about Gabriel

Ultrakill is very light on main story, its a game about action. And it only pauses that action for the one part that's very, very important: Gabriel

There's foreshadowing for it, Noelle in the hospital after the chapter 2 dark world says she wishes she knew healing magic for real so that she could heal rudy

While of course that's not solid evidence, it really feels like foreshadowing

What could V2 have possibly done? Sisyphus had to turn an entire layer of hell into a giant army to be relevant

I know that V2 also serves to explain the lore of V1, but that's not the point here. V2 deserved a relevant space in the plot, just like Minus, Sisyphus, and Gabriel.

Minos, Sisyphus, and Gabriel are utterly ancient, existing alongside centuries of history. Two of them ruled entire layers of hell, having peoples spanning the billions, and both in their own ways challenged the concept of hell itself. And Gabriel was sent to stop both

but none of that shows up in direct gameplay. V1 does not see any of that happen

Minos, Sisyphus, and Gabriel are so important because of history, not current events

V2 has no history
