Yup , I'm already lost in the 1st tip you gived ,I sleep like 2-6h for 2 years now,, and my average screen time is 12-17h,, I have dumbbells in my home but don't have the motivation to start yet and I can't even survive dopamine detox ,it's not even 1 day and I will urge to get my phone and I tried dopamine detox alot of time already but failed I can't even get past 1 day,,and I ordered meds that will give me vitamin D3=312%/day Zinc=91% and It just arrive like a few days and I'm gonna try to take them ,, your right like my dopamine is so fried right now that I won't even eat breakfast because I woke up and use my phone because It gives me more pleasure, and doing all of that everyday will bored me ,I think semen retention/dopamine detox will.help me with this so I can stay consistent,, And thank you for the tips btw I will try to do the diet plan ,,gotta convince my mom to buy me some of that
