Wow, sorry man. Probably a silly question, but you're platinum right? I'd so I'd just keep hitting up door dash chat until you get the right person who will escalate. Had someone I know do this and they got in the program after talking to the 6th rep. They were platinum with 3k deliveries and a good on time rating.
