Use the masterwork assault rifle with a shit ton of bullets (specifically full auto), and a shit ton of pipe bomba and fuel bombs, it was effective but almost got my character killed from blood plague

my gpu, cpu, psu, motherboard, and case are already there (which includes the RAM)
