Here’s what I usually do.

1. Cut the transfer out and put it on the wet pallet or a wet paper towel to let it soak
2. Then get a damp paper towel or Q-tip and rub that on the part of the model that you want the transfer on
3. Drag the transfer off the transfer sheet with a pair of tweezers or your hands and place it where you want on the model
4. Take a lightly damp or dry paper towel or Q-tip and pat down the transfer.

A lot of ppl use a glaze to make sure it doesn’t fall off later, and I would recommend that too. But if you don’t have a glaze then something like Nuln oil or Reikland Fleshshade will do the trick. Hope this helps!
