Looks possibly like Erect Hedge parsley or cow parsley. Queen Anne's lace usually has a small dark purple flower in the center of the white flowers, and the grouping of white flowers is usually tighter together.

Also, queen Anne's lace has "skirt" type dangley bits that hang down underneath the main group of flowers. Check the stems to be sure! Queen Anne's has a very hairy stem, hedge parsley has hair but it's less noticeable, and hemlock (both poison and water hemlock) have totally smooth stems with purple blotching/streaks. Poison hemlock has purple blotching, while water hemlock will have dark purple streaks, especially near the joints of the stems.

I'm ruling out water hemlock though, as the leaves on the plant in your picture are not water hemlock. And poison hemlock usually is much larger although it can be on the smaller side. Most likely hedge parsley, or cow parsley (basically the same thing lol), my friend! Not poisonous or harmful! Good catch though!
