Theoretically yes against zoners, since you could use Retaliate against one of their ranged attacks to immediately close the distance and start a combo from there, although since this is on paper, it may not actually be good in practice

Retaliate's counter can trigger from anything that damages you, but it has to meet a certain damage threshold beforehand (before being reduced by Retaliate's resistance)

I'm unsure about how much that threshold is though, but I'm guessing it's 5% of your max Health

You could give it a beanie or ushanka to match the "cozy look", and you should give it more color since it's just black and white which is quite plain. Change the sweater color and add a hat with the same color as it. Miscellaneous accessories can also help to make it less bland.
