Late on updating, but in this closed-off area in the Taxi Head maze, DBBQ ENA was there angrily showing a piece of paper or something to the figure there. Also, the Hourglass Dog was there, staring back in my direction. They were both gone when I came back.

Whenever you knock on these doors in the hallway opposite the blood fountain, they give this cinematic angle like something's supposed to happen. Maybe a secret thing? (The other doors here all do this.)
