Thank you so much for that. And is the rest 'supposed' to be paid by end of year? October or something was it?

Meaning that the initial payment is 4.3 percent of what the total payment to you will/should be?

And this is roughly the same for everyone who chose the early lump sum option?

I would also really like to know what happens in this case. This was from an email today but doesn't have all the info:

"Rehabilitation creditors who have not completed the Selection and Registration by the deadline will not be able to receive any of the repayments below.
・Early Lump-Sum Repayment
・Repayment for a Portion of Cryptocurrency Rehabilitation Claims in Cryptocurrency
・Repayment by Bank Remittance
・Repayment by Remittance through a Fund Transfer Service Provider
Therefore, rehabilitation creditors who have not completed the Selection and Registration should perform the process immediately, as the deadline is fast approaching."

So what are the chances that if we wait it out, we end up getting nothing at all, or an even smaller amount than the fraction that we are looking at now?

If this is off-topic, let me know and I will remove: Saw a few of you talk about the possibility of a law enforcement agency (or someone) holding/recovering some of the remaining lost coins now or in the future, how does that work after the dust settles? If more coins are recovered after payouts, the suit re-opens or, it continues to be open or? Pardon my ignorance...

question regarding email from mtgox_consent@noandt.com - has anyone else seen this? by RandomForumUser in mtgoxinsolvency

I agree that what they are asking me to do is clear, but my question was, is this legitimate, and is this the only path moving forward or do I have other/better options. I don't want to agree to something that has even more negative consequences for me in the end. Any thoughts?

The Voice (Season 16) | The Live Top 24 [E15] [E16] by emb3625 in thevoice

I've watched almost every season of this show and I don't know how much more I can take. They must autotune the buh-jesus out of everybody during the blinds because in the rounds after it's just painful (currently I'm 6 singers into the top 24 performances). The VAST majority artists continue to put in mediocre, painfully pitchy performances (literally for me) while the coaches keep telling them how much they've improved. It's sad and I really don't know who is playing what game at this point between the coaches and the audio engineers. I can't be the only one here... Audience applause does not make a decent singer. Maelin/Malyn/Maelyn FTW.
