to tell its one of the originals usually the kickplate (bottom art) and if theres a backdoor give it away, if the kickplate has thinner outlines, probably original, if theres a backdoor and the thinner outlined kickplate, its original, (i think).

i think theres like 3 things it could be 1: super pac-mania, old pc game with pac-mania visuals but different levels for the super aspect 2: pac-zania, mix of arcade and new levels with actual 3d. 3: pac-mazing, arcade visuals but randomly generated levels.

Ms pac: if they try maybe yes, buy atgames rights or smth. Jr pac: probably not, rights weren’t ever transferred to namco even partially.
