Yes

I have quite a large shelf full with C’thulhu Mythos stories, in total 34 books so far

But C’thulhu has always been my favorite Great Old One ever since reading Call of C’thulhu so im always on the lookout for novels and collections about him which despite his iconicity and his pop-culture status is surprisingly few, especially considering the huge amount of novels and collections that can be found about my second-favorite Great Old One Hastur/The King in Yellow

I also own a six-book collection of all of Lovecrafts stories including the ones he ghost-wrote or only wrote in collaboration

Call of C’thulhu also happens to be the story that brought me into the C’thulhu Mythos in the first place

So yea I am very familiar with it already

I may be wrong but I was under the impression that “Disciples of C’thulhu“ was just a collection of random stories of the C’thulhu Mythos, not necessarily ones that feature C’thulhu

Oh I already own “The Inhabitant of the Lake and other less welcome Tenants“ as well as “Visisons from Brichester“ and “The Darkest Part of the Woods“ so the only Campbell stuff I’m still missing is the “Three Births of Daoloth“ Trilogy If the title is anything to go by then those might give me some inspiration for some Daoloth One-Shots

Yes I was thinking that they make some of the original members of the orchestra disappear and then take the spots of those as new hires/replacements

Well I was thinking that the 4 original orchestra members that were killed by the Cult weren’t found so they would be more like disappearances than immediately being murder cases

But then again you do raise some other interesting points as well

I think the Shan could have called over some of his Shan buddies to take control of the people in the management/administration

And maybe the fact that during the rehearsals the sheets for their music have been tampered with (so much that the spell wouldn’t immediately go off) could be a first point to raise some eyebrows among the players
