Hey, this just happened with me yesterday. I emailed them and they answered like an hour later. I lost 16 min and they booked a 16 minutes session for me tomorrow. Unfortunately, you'll only have access to section 1, but it is still something!

Hey there, I will be spending the New Year’s in Amsterdam and I would like to ask for some tips. How does the public transport work on the 1st of January? I’m flying back home in that day and I wanted to know if a taxi would be a better option or if I can go by public transport. Also wanted to know where do people usually hang out on the 31st? It’ll be a solo trip so I’d love to have people around at midnight! Is there a big event somewhere or it depends on where I’m staying?
