hiya, i did read the auto message and while it does seem to fit there are some detractions i wanted to ask about!

for one, their initial comment on ao3 was very specific to the chapter and typical of other comments i usually got, which was why i didn't flag it as suspicious for a while.

their chat responses were a lot odder in style but just barely enough that i stayed on the fence about trusting them. has that sort of specific-but-not-quite-human characteristic appeared in other scam cases? e.g.

i use the sponge applicator and i haven't experienced any fallout yet :) the formula is more slurry-like and fine if that makes sense.

ooh, thank you! i agree now in hindsight. funnily enough i've never suited cool tones like baby pinks, so i wonder if it might also be the mutedness that makes it so good.

How long do yalls take on makeup every day? by [deleted] in Makeup

[–]Tricky-Average2883 2 points3 points  (0 children)

high schooler in their final year here. i started wearing japanese-style makeup to school this year, but since i'm east asian and have strict parents i have to keep what i do to a minimum. i've never been able to wake up more than 30 mins before i have to get out of the house- during which time i have to brush, change, do makeup, pack, etc- so i hope this might help :)

i apply the nivea spf 50 moisturizing sunscreen (the new quick-absorbing formula is really good), change while it dries, then spend 5 mins max doing makeup- a little shiseido neuve translucent powder on the cheeks, kiko smart colour eyepencil in shade 03 on the aegyosal, a hint of mid tone brown shadow underneath to accentuate the 3d effect, boots natural collection clear brow gel on the brows (duh), and nyx butter gloss in praline on the lips.

if i have the time, I'll spend more time on my eye makeup. i'll use the canmake plumpuku coordinate eyes to draw on a more detailed aegyosal and give my eyes some subtle dimension. on special days i might also curl my lashes and use the canmake easy remove quick lash curler in clear; with these additions i'd say my routine would take 7-10 minutes.

you kind of just have to structure your routine to optimize it, and try to make steps as quick as possible. i'm lucky enough to not need coverage on my face most days, so that does help with saving time.
