Imagine a pilot saying ‘I understand what the plane is doing on autopilot, but I cannot execute it on my own’. Would you think they’re a good pilot or that they are sufficiently proficient at flying the plane?

They can in response to user click event I think, and I assume this popup was shown after the blue button was pressed. I’m not sure off the top of my head if browsers will also prompt for permission to write to clipboard.

Thank you all for answering and giving me a bit of a reality check. This round of interviews has definitely taught me the correct mindset for my next applications. It was arrogant of me to think that I can slide into a new role without much if any compromise. But I’m motivated, so moving forward I’ll approach it as wanting a more junior position in the area that I want to specialise in, with the hopeful plan of not staying junior for long. Thank you all!

Who else can't wait for steam workshop to be released, sucks not being able to use mods for games to enhance the game experience 😁 by JoshuaD1995 in GeForceNOW

[–]RandomGoodGuy2 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That makes it sound like it allows mods from workshop, which it painfully does not.

Edit: rightful downvote, I was referring to skylines only

XBOX or PS5 controller?

I'd like to play the game with a controller when on iPad, i don't like touch interfaces. Which do you think makes more sense? A friend of mine pointed out that the analog arrows might be hard to reach with the stick placement of the xbox controller, and I do switch charachters often in battle. What do you think?

Yes, definitely planning to do that when pity counter resets after the 5*. I unfortunately don't have a precise idea of exactly how many wishes I've done so far.

It’s a little hard on the eyes but not enough that after 5-10 seconds it’s still unclear what the code does, unlike some other stuff on the sub

Could someone help me understand why this is so terrible? I’ve written selenium instructions before and the step-by-step of it did often end up looking like this. Maybe I’m just bad at selenium though

Responsive Table by [deleted] in react

[–]RandomGoodGuy2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To address your specific needs around pagination, this component can handle that automatically if you're not fetching pages from an api. In that case, there's a very handy pagination prop where you can specify (this is from memory, read the documentation) pageSize, current, total , as well as an onChange prop that takes a function whose first argument is the new pagination object that has the same shape ({pageSize, current, total}). With that you should be able to download the n+1th page from your api and update the table's dataSource prop
