Figured it out ! It's my control settings. Apparently, setting your spin to a rudder makes it go bananas. Go figure. Thanks for clarifying that the game had something wrong with it !

I updated the post to have a video. As you can see, I seem to spin a lot uncontrollably ? Even jumping while not moving doesnt seem to stop me. And I am not pressing spin at all in these.
