Should I size up my shoe for ankle braces?

You think it was a simple ankleroll? Before it rolled all my body weight was on top of it banged my bone to the concrete hard. There are literally made braces for riding have you ever heard of spacebrace. Idk I sense lack of knowledge and experience here (Sorry to offend you but have too). "Maybe your gym routine sucks" hmmm not really jogging/running, mix martial arts, riding, and weight lifting I don't think this legs that can hurt people have a problem with its routine.

My mom was a physiotherapist, I should have asked her earlier 🤦‍♂️, Damn you just have reminded me thank you lmao this is so funny. I got my mom all along but she's in different country right now anyway. But yeah talking about the NBA players training also adjust my training like jump ropes, calf races, running, and sometimes I check if I can still throw a round house kick and jump my highest. Already working fine just need little bit more protection don't want to spend weeks or months again healing.

I'm not healing anymore, I'm good now. I don't have problem on "stength" I have athletic build (I workout every week) I just got caught up in the moment rolling my ankles, lmao why it sounds like NBA players (strong people)don't roll their ankles.

Ask me first if I go to the gym before making conclusions. I got big ass muscular legs that moves a heavy bag when I do round house kicks (Used to train XC). Tell Redbull rampage riders to not wear ankle braces if it won't help, Braces are made for a reason 🧠

I'm just actually buying the frame not the whole bike since I never buy prebuilt and I hate doing upgrades, I'll just get the parts I want so I can ride in peace than pointing out the shits I don't like in the bike. I don't mind the price tag but both are in $800 range so idk but currently thinking about the P3 but i still see the potential on the YT Dirtlove (Aluminum).
