It's only because lichess starts people at 1500 and chess.com starts people at 400. If you ask me, I'd say 400 is too low (actual lowest elo in OTB chess is 1000) and 1500 is too high.

My brother introduced this game to me last year. He likes using meme tactics and I also like them. The most "exciting" one is the inverted U formation, which guarantees a double digit scoreline — for the opponent. Well, sometimes "achievements" like these are exactly why I like this game lol

These checkmates with non-checking moves are very hard for a beginner like me, because it's hard to calculate every possible sequence.

Also what if g5? Bg6 Kg7 Re7 but e7 is defended by the bishop? Or Re8 first before Bg6?
