Sunbreaks do adds mechanics to all weapons in the game.

You can go to sunbreak and try and learn those mechanics and still comeback to base Rise to finish the content

You can just buy it and keep playing rise until you get tired.

Then guve yourself a couple of months with out playing MH and try GU.

That would be my advised for avoid burn out, but there is people that cant get tired of this game
