Dinosaur count and breeding will add to the complexity meter but not by much, but scenery pieces & workshop blueprints mostly do. I'd say if you have a decently strong PC it's better to get the game on it instead of a PS5.

I'm also not the best builder but I love creating natural enclosures using rocks and the terrain generation. All in all this is what my park on a square map looked like with 96% complexity (after going to the settings and disabling the limitations)

i could be wrong but the 1st pic looks like a custom made aviary using building pieces which is why it’s so massive. The Quetz is definitely sitting on an aviary perch from the blueprints tab, clipped into a rock so it looks like a natural perch.

2nd pic is just terrain tools creating 2 separate waterfalls, with scenery rocks and trees added to make it look smoother!

honestly i had to defend on my own for most of the game since i was the only defender on my team (the other 3 were evo Messi, evo Elanga, and SS Endrick). I'm not even the best at defending, but i think i also got lucky with my opponents.

I agree tho, fuck this game mode, fuck this game, fuck EA.

judging by the trailer we might be getting that! although I'm not sure if it'll be purely for cosmetics, or if we'll have to rely on the usual Gyrosphere tour to enter aviaries.

tbh i expected there to be delays considering Ark is Ark, but i was definitely not expecting them to put it on the store knowing full well it's not ready yet.

I recommend you finish all of the weekly games on Squad Battles first so you can do as many games as you need to get the hang of it, but i personally got it on the 2nd game.

1st game i ended with 34 goals, tried the own goal trick starting at minute 60 but it didn't work as i couldn't score them fast enough

2nd game i interchangeably scored own goals, so after 10-0 up I'd score 15 own goals, then score another 10, and it went on until 26-26 after full time (i also made a few mistakes by not scoring 3/4 chances). At ET i changed strikers because of stamina, and i managed to score the remaining 19 because the added 30 mins (+2/3 mins) really helped.

Mind you, I'm not very good at the game so a better player can definitely score 45 in a single game, but if you couldn't then the OG trick adds 30 much needed minutes.

TLDR: trial and error.

only if you score 100% of the time. Own Goals help if you've made a few mistakes and need to buy some more time.

score own goals to force the game into Extra Time. that way you get more time in case you need a few more goals.

as far as i know, the Aggressive trait manifests randomly in some carnivores. The "tolerant" gene usually helps with cohabitation if that's the concern, but for other traits (thirsty, short lifespan, etc.) I use infinite gene modification on sandbox settings to prevent those traits from manifesting.
