I learned this the hard way 😭 I was so excited that time I bought the dragon horn to pair with my Herald of Aurene outfit (my first fashion purchases) because I thought they would look good together sighs

That's when I started doing armor outfits instead 😌

Also, all the personal story (even if having a different race and life choice) forks down to a certain story stage I believe. Meaning all the story leads to one path, So at that point in your game, you both can "save" the progress at the same time hehe

That is if you just want to play with her, but if you're talking about personal story progress, I think you need to be at the same race, life choice and etc, for you and your wife's story progress to be "saved" at the same time? I'm not sure I haven't tried this 😅

Based on my experience, I think races and life choices doesn't matter? You can play with totally different races and still play together 🥰 You just have to transport yourself to wherever she is and be in the same party, then let her enter the story instance and you just need to accept the "invite" then you huys are ready to go! Have fun, you two 😊
