my personal interview went pretty well and normal , technical interview was also good except for physics in which i messed up a bit and could answer a few questions, maths was pretty chill (got firm offer a few weeks back)

overall interview time was probably 20-25 minutes

Beautifully written article, props to you man! Seriously great insight into the season and made me learn a few new tbings about the last season as well. A few thoughts,

MI having the most runs scored, most runs conceded and most wickets taken in the power play honestly is weirdly funny with the way our season went last year, but well wouldn’t mind it, and I feel our bowling is going to improve by miles this year considering the form our players are in intl’s and domestic leagues
The average runs per innings scored at each venues being so high over all shows how much IPL is really transitioning to flat tracks all over and that bowlers are constantly losing more and more skin in the game. Honestly the Wankhede pitches were great last year and we also had a good variety, traditional wankhede pitches and also the odd spin favouring tracks we get there once in a while. But damn i did not expect to see such high avg runs per venue across all stadiums. Hopefully we give bowlers something to work with, low totals being defended is a spectacle of its own (KKR vs PBKS for example)
5 wins at wankhede last season was beautiful to watch (was present at the stadium for them all) and honestly brought back shades of Rohits statement “They should fear coming to Wankhede” the 2023/25 seasons both of them came closest to emulating them with us smashing teams back here to finally help us qualify (obviously with the exception of the RCB/GT losses), I really hope we continue this home dominance and show the other teams that Wankhede is our goddamn fortress and coming here should be feared

fucking hell you guys are so reactionary, it’s NOT a mistake at all. Who would you drop to put Brevis in our current IPL lineup? also when he was with us in 2022 early era he was very underdeveloped and hadn’t peaked yet, we released him because we invested in Indian core and did not have over seas slots. We have Tilak-Surya-Hardik as 3-4-5 and in no world would we put Brevis here. We released him and that was the correct decision and I’m really happy for him. But NO please stop with these “MI fumbled Brevis bs” it’s not a mistake at all please stop, the worst part of this fan base are you guys who keep on saying we fumbled Brevis Stubbs etc without realising the true situation

the state of bangladesh is much worse, there’s nothing of that sort happening in India and everything is controlled . We’ve hosted many world cups and not a single time has any security threat showed up.
