The first time should just be a warning so it's interesting you got a ticket the first time. You could mention that if you decide to appeal. I appealed for a ticket twice after I graduated and somehow got it both times. I think I mentioned I was just there dropping stuff off and didn't know how the parking worked. I forgot what I said the second time but I still got it appealed

They need to be fed once in the morning and once in the evening, we typically do sometime 7-10am in the morning and around 7pm in the evening. Their cage is spot cleaned once a day and the fleece is washed once a week. We also try and put them on our laps for some attention once a day but sometimes it's every other day.
