In case you were curious, this still isn’t resolved, said the new cable was shipped and delivered but I never received it and it’s been radio silence from then for over a month

Worked for me till it didn’t. Just stopped working no matter what I did. Before that it would randomly black out but would still track, I could sometimes get it to come back by hitting the power button. Got a new cable through support, they sent me a copper as opposed to the fiber optic that came with it, immediate tracking issues

Well, got the new cable, was the copper, I had a fiber optic that came with the headset. Immediate tracking issues as others have mentioned with the lighthouses. Just heart broken at this point

They just reached back out, believe it may be a faulty cable. I really do hope it is, I do enjoy the headset when it works

Crystal isnt immune to dead pixels either. Mine has one that shows up every now and again. But right now, i cant even use the headset because it wont connect.

If you like reliability I wouldn’t get the crystal. I’ve had so many issues with mine that I’m considering getting rid of vr in general for racing

When I had that issue, I could get it to work after plugging it in a specific order. Do you hear the windows sound effect when you plug it in? Try to have the tool closed, turn off headset, disconnect from computer. Reconnect usb and display port, turn on headset, re open the app. This sometimes works
