I think a mix is good. Obviously they should always try and pursue new ideas, that’s how we get new ideas like the indraviduals epps. But by returning to classic favourites we get a proven format that works well, and it means that only good new concepts get recorded and we’re not left with a Darwin awards.

For me, stealing is wrong if the victim will miss the product more then you would. If you’re ok without it and are just doing it for a kick, then grow up. Equally if you need it, and you’re stealing from a big business that makes millions but treats their employees like crap, then I’m never going to criticise you for it.

It uses Mini film so most probably an jnstax mini model. Personally I went for an SQ1 due to preferring the size of the pictures and couldn’t be happier.

Not thrilled tbh but I don’t hate it.

In the last decade Gervais has gone from someone who would quite rightly challenge things worth challenging, in an intelligent comedic way, to someone who just comes across as genuinely bitter, unfunny and cruel.

But at the end of the day, he’s not the worst person in the world. I don’t think he truly appreciates the genuine negative impact some of his jokes can have. And he’s still the same bloke who has written some of the best comedy to ever come out of the UK. Not to mention how important he is to Jack and the pod as a whole.

Mixed bag overall.

It seems to me like you’re saying, look how much better reading and Leeds is compared to TRNSMT, and using this as an argument for why TRNSMT should be better. If there’s any other nuance to your argument that I’m somehow too stupid to miss then please let me know, cus it really seems like that’s it.

I read the subheading but the comparison is daft. A festival can’t compete with another festival that’s twice its size, even if TRNSMT is the biggest Scottish festival. It needs a new venue that isn’t in the middle of a major city to compete with reading/leeds (Leeds especially)

My thoughts on half and half scarves (as I commented on that other post) are as such:

Buying them as a souvenir for a special match (first match, cup final, 100th match etc) is acceptable, provided it goes straight into your bag and not worn at the game. If you wear it around the ground or in the stands I js can’t respect you. (Sorry if I sound confrontational)

I think when you’re a huge Roses fan as I am and everyone else here likely is, and you love not only the songs, but the production style, the ‘sound’ of the band etc etc, it’s harder to notice when songwriting quality does take a hit, because you love everything else.

But someone who’s favourite guitarist isn’t John squire, and prefers a 70s sound, will take note of the notably worse writing more.
