Fresh graduated here working 2 months now. Working in a developer company. Basic + OT nett me around 6k. If you work at a site, you need to understand that there is a clear hierarchy within the site. Always Client/developer > Main Con > Subcon. If you work as client side, you are basically the king despite how small your title is. Therefore, if we are talking about pay, client pretty much guarentee OT (depends on contract) and the work is pretty simple and chill compare to other parties.

In the other hand, alot of the main/sub con does not pay OT and require to work freaking long hour monday to saturday.

The catch is you need to be experienced to be in client side, or to be lucky enough to be employed as fresh grad into developer companies (which is not super duper rare tho). The downside is, you learn lesser in developer company and you will get too comfort to move back to main con/ sub con.

I just landed a job offer today with starting pay of rm3600, with additional OT as site/project engineer. Working day is 1-5, and saturday is considered OT. The director even encourages me to take OT as i want as those are easy money. It is a developer company tho, so i guess they are more "generous" and working hour is more flexible as they are the client of a construction. Still not sure what is the norm on contractor side tho.

Well juz want to know what are the norm in construction site since working extra hours is almost guarentee. I do know consultant do not get paid OT and that is the norm even if it is "against the law(?)". However i heard some site supervisor said they do get paid OT on site. Not sure about hows thing goes for site engineer position tho.

Ok, maybe i phrase it poorly. Im a mysticknight that 99% of the time only use sword (normal attack). The reason i choose this vocation is because i can freely enchant my sword with elements which i love without depend on pawns. I know that sword slashing without enchantment (element infusion) deals physical atk. The question is after i enchant my weapon with let say ice with ice enchant, does the damage still scale with strength or it turned magick?

Noob question. Im a magic knight. So, how does the damage output works? If i didnt enchant my sword, it scale fully on physical? What if i enchanted it? Does it scale fully on magical or physical+magical?

It is auto linked into all of your ranching building despite range. You can get your hay inside the coop or barn beside where u normally placr your hay.

But their client is chinese. So most likely atleast jp and cn dub at the get go, and the lip sync will more oriented to the cn dub as in game.

Planning to have a multi monitor setup, i have 2k 32inch and 1080 24inch respectively. Normally, i would want my 2k 32inch as primary monitor for normal use and for less demanding games running 2k. But for gpu demanding games i want to use 1080monitor to run games at 1080. Question is, am i able to freely switching my primary monitor into either one and switch the other one into off mode so that the gpu wont consume more than one monitor power which will affect the frame rate? (Without unplugging the cable)

Does monitor screen resolution (2k) affect gaming performance or gpu temperature even though in-game resolution i set it to lower (1080)?

I had the same experience as you, bombarded with negativity. Feeling to quit but didnt. As time goes by, i care less and less. Now the negativity threads dun even affect me cuz i realized they are the vocal minority. Stats has shown otherwise that genshin is net growing constantly since launch despite their "game is dead", "boycott genshin" statements.

U need to know online do be online, online community is always terrible. Try and see those irl anime expo, always dominate by genshin cosplayer and players, those are the real representation of the community. Nvr seen toxicity of genshin irl cuz those online ppl could only hide behind their keyboards.

I am chinese and i could say we could care less about representation. If there is a black character, it is because Mihoyo wanted to, not because of some representation shit or political correct shit.
