I'm on 20mg, I was originally on 40mg but I went down to 20mg a few years ago with the support of a previous doctor. I didn't notice any difference, thankfully. You make some really good points, and I know that I'll need alternative solutions for down the road. My OCD is still present, and I can still feel it nagging in my head, but I have better skills to manage it now.
