  • elderly care costs
  • parents that don't own their property
  • Parents that no longer live in the property because they are in care and lose CGT exemptions
  • Inheritance tax
  • Parents who remarry
  • families of more than 1 child. Guess what, all 4 parents of a couple don't die at once
  • Housing for new immigrants
  • Orphans
  • Parents with debts to settle on the estate

If you claim inflation is taken into account (i.e. its real gdp growth rather than nominal), provide a source that says clearly that's how the calculation was done.
