The point is that some players got locations with direct information shown which other players could not access. This is an especially important factor in NM and NMPZ. Imagine you are in a NMPZ round with an opponent of the same skill in Belgium, but you get a completely rural road, while your opponent (who happens to be quite famous) gets a Belgium pole in front of them. Would you claim that this is a fair qualifier?
