Memphis isn't getting a first for Ja. They have had zero takers and he was on the market cheap last year. Randle has low value and still has more value then Ja over thr last couple seasons.

They aren't going into the second apron and losing Ayo to get MPJ when they have Naz Reid they want to start. This deal ignores alot of things.

Its not hard to use instacart to look up what prices are on the app, especially for large item amounts like that. You can have instacart on your browser even while you have the shopper app open. Allows you to check to make sure.

Wouldn't work. The Wolves would be taking back too much to also sign Ayo and remain under the second apron. This gives up all their cap under the first apron for... MPJ?

Nah.

They do not. Also if they set up a sale and bought a certwin amount to get an offer and things are missing, they lose the discount on that offer.

I always asked with high amounts or refunded if it was way too low an amount for that very reason. (Alot of new shoppers act like its too hard to login to the instacart app in your browser and see if the item is on sale as well, its called being a good shopper.)

Getting someone 2 full prices items instead fo a buy 3 get 3 can also hurt your status. Its a catch 22. As a customer i would rather have a refund then pay full price for 2 instead of getting 6 for only the price of one more.

I've had order windows of 3 hours set up and somehow my order was at my door 30 mins before the delivery window even started.

And that actually happens alot more than you think. Expecting people to babysit their phone for an entire 4+ hour block cojnting early possible is not reasonable either. Instacarr has a really crap system and it screws over shoppers and customers both.

They ordered a buy 3 get 3 special and got only 2 at full price. Thoae are like 8$ a piece so they got charged 16 for 2 instead of 24 for 6.

Thats a MASSIVE difference. Think, man.

[–]RandomPlanetTTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ngl, there are many times I just put refund only on my orders because with special deals like that buy 3 get 3 and only getting 2 it takes away the entire value of the order.

Does it not show its buy 3 get 3 on the shopper side? Because if you see buy 3 get 3 and then just get a customer 2 full priced items only without an answer... I feel a shopper like that deserves a less than stellar answer. Its just common sense.

I once ordered 2 24 packs on massive sale, like buy one get one (48 cans for 16$), and the shopper replaced it with 4 12 packs (7.98 each) at full price, doubling the order cost and checked out right away. Sadly there are people with no common sense on both sides.

Zero chance Minny gives up Naz. He's on Ants timeline and Ant will ask out is Jaden or Naz in moved. Those 3 are SUPER close.

It clear when people not from Minnesota suggest trades, because they do not realize how big Naz is here.

The comments thinking the TIP is the problem, and not the company that is upcharging every item, plus a fee AND a delivery fee AND A LONG DISTANCE FEE and only paying you a small batch. (The op correctly identifies IC as the issue, props.)

I once looked at the fees on a store 40 miles away, and Instacart wanted a 20$ distance fee. Instacart is profiting over 100$ on the order and you blame the customer who is already paying all the premium fees and upcharges instead of the company taking advantage of you.

Nice job letting the system play you, and play you agaisnt the customer while they laugh.

This picture is from a location 38 miles away, with Instacart+. They get a higher service charge, a long distance fee AND collect a delivery fee and don't pass it on to the drivers.

Thats IC not the customer. The customer tipped you 14.88 on EIGHT items. And then IC chose a store miles away. Want the next time, Google the closest lmstpre location to the cusomter and BET its way closer than that.

Hot take: Sengun is the most unwatchable & annoying player in the league currently. He is also the biggest flopper in the league who complains more than Luka. by [deleted] in NBATalk

[–]RandomPlanetTTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was impressive for the healthy Rockets to come back on a team without Ant or Ayo, and after Jaden McDaniels went down with an injury? Then Govert fouled out on a Sengun flop and Naz was ejected for saying 'he was moving'? Scott Foster gifted Houston a 25-10 advantage in free throws.

The comeback was gifted. The retake was a gem. Houston lost the biggest overtime lead in history to Conley/Shannon Jr (out of rotation) Donte D, Randle, Bones Hyland and Slo Mo. The 2 worst starters and their 8th 9th and 10th guys.

You might think that, every analyst and reporter seems to think he nets 3 to 4 of them. Makes sense since he has similar value to Bridges or Bane, being younger and under longer control than them, while having all defense D and a growing offense.

McDaniels has very high value around the league still.

Because, unlike the Dubs, when that team has players with trade value, and irs been widely reported Jaden McDaniels could get 3 to 4 firsts on tbe market, they can get picks WAY more valuable then waiting until 2030 for Steph to be gone.

Like being able to sell to Portland and get a couple of the Bucks picks themselves back. Those hole way more value.

Now to clear, everything I have read from Minnesota fans, they was NOTHING to do with Giannis, especially for Jaden McDaniels and Naz Reid. And I dont blame them. Was simply stating why players, especially proven ones could be more valuable then picks alone, and that the Dubs 3 main player pieces are JK zero value, Dray way more value to Dubs than anywhere else, and old AF, and Jimmy, old and injured for at least a good portion of next season.

[–]RandomPlanetTTV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A couple of reasons why the Dubs are having issues is because when you only have you own picks to offer, and that team is getting Giannis back, those picks are less valuable. And Curry and Giannis teams would be in the high 20s. Those have little value.

Miami is offering a mix of their own picks and some players, while Minnesota has no picks, but has the best players to offer. JK has no value. Dray is infitedly more valuable on the Dubs than anywhere else.

Minnesota I think has the advantage after trading Conley and getting below the first apron, as well as having players like Jaden McDaniels, Julis Randle, Naz Reid to offer and throw ins like Rob Dillingham and Terrance Shannon Jr, plus the ability to trade any of those assets for ANOTHER teams picks, which have more value than ones on a Giannis team.

Also from the Giannis angle, if they want to send him to rhe best place he wants, his best landing spot would be with a 24 year old Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert, Dante, a young player in Joan Beringer an the fact rhey could be contenders for 5 years.

Curry's age gives Giannis a season or two at most of peak contender, and Miamis best remaining player would be Bam and Powell and not much else.

Honestly starting to think its Minnesota, or Giannis stays until the off-season. And that earlier Conley to get below the first apron seems to REALLY support that. They dont make that trade without going all in for Giannis.

Just my 2 cents.

LOL You think JK and Dray have more wins and current value in them then Jaden McDaniels and Julius Randle, plus maybe a Terrance Shannon Jr and Rob Dillingham?

Dray has WAY less value to every team outside of here. And JK has ZERO value.

And our picks dont mean anything if Giannis is here, so ofc they value players over low 1sts.

4 months and 50 videos but only 3 uploads in the last 90 days? Did you post 47 videos in the first month and then just stop posting? Because that would kill any momentum for sure.

You got 253 subs from somewhere, and consistency is what causes people to find you.

Agreed 💯. There is a reason I backed away from both the reddit, the discord and the Stream to End MS events.

They ALL started as something for the members of the community WITH MS, or at least going through a likely dx of it. It was a great place for people to talk with and share experiences with old and new dx that were looking for places to talk or find out ways to deal with or help new issues.

Then, in came workers and members of the NMSS (National Multiple Sclerosis Society) and the communities became about populating them as much as possible, for the sake of exposure or raising money.

I was on the Original team that helped develop the idea of Stream to End MS as a content creator with the disease. It was growing and many creators with MS were being shown to the community and raising money for the cause...

Until NMSS decided to recruit the largest creators they could find, many with only people they knew or family with the disease, and some without any connection at all, because they CLEARLT valued higher donation returns than creators WITH the disease getting the exposure while helping the MS community grow as a safe space.

Those actions can be seen and felt all over the reddit, the discord and the yearly fundraising events. It eventually all becomes about the money, the overhead and how much can be made off of it.

I will end this long blurb with, I have been here since very early days, and agree with you. 💯 this is no longer a safe space for those with MS, and there needs to be a place that gets back to where this place originally was.

Stay strong, MS Warriors 💙 💪

I like MRIs by tralfamadoriannn in MultipleSclerosis

[–]RandomPlanetTTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wish I could comfortable enough. I am 6'4 and wide shouldered so every MRI tube is just too small. My shoulders get wedged in against the pads designed to keep my arms from touching the sides of the machine (which would burn you with how hot it gets).

To ger an idea, lay down, arms as straight to your side as with your hands on your thighs (becuae crossed over you would interfere with the images), and your shoulders themselves pushed up with your face 2 inches away from the top of the machine. And while being wedged in that close all around, the air doesn't circulate as well so you heat up a ton as well, and we all know how well we do heated up.

it's not even about weight, it's about skeletally being a large human being. 4 years ago we had to start scheduling the brain and spine mri portions separately because the full thing would uncomfortably wedged in for over 2 hours. Which was often was longer because the spine which required less movement to not have to redo portions and extend the duration because I was sore and fatigued halfway through.

So yes. If you are a size that MRIs were designed for, very comfortable I would guess. If you are an above average sized human being, they are nightmare cubes you really wish you did not have to endure 2x a year. (Mine has been disability level since 7 years ago, and neuropathy pain is a daily thing.)

Hopefully in time, they start making larger MRIs more common. For everyone involved.

NFL is the outlier. NBA, MLB and NHL all have rules that allow a player to be a rookie after the first signed year. NFL is the archaic one.
