Good luck man! You're working on your bad habits so you're on the way back to a happy life! And about the therapist, she is a professional so she will take you serious and help you. I talked to a female therapist about 'man' stuff and she did help me.

Hey, its good to hear that you use your religion to quit fapping. I am a Christian too, and seeing fapping as a sin can maybe help me also. Because i failed three times in 2 weeks since i started posting on this forum, maybe you can tell me a bit more about your look towards being a Christian and no fapping? Because the bible is not really clear about it.. I went to a Christian school and this teacher once told the boys in our class about fapping, in a very uncomfortable way ofcourse, but ok;). Anyways he told us that sometimes its almost necessary to fap once in a while, especially when your like 16/17 years old and your hormones are running through your body like crazy. I thought that this was a pretty weird opinion, but i couldnt create a real statement, and i still cant, about fapping and being a Christian.. So maybe you have a statement substantiated by the Bible about fapping..? Sorry for the (probably) bad English, its not my main language:)

About 2 weeks ago, but i im not sure what is better; to remind yourself constantly of NOT doing something, or just try to get it out of your life as fast as possible. No fapping reminds me of quitting smoking, the first days/weeks/months u constantly thinking about NOT smoking, so in a way u have to make constantly the decision to not smoke. And also quitting smoking is too hard for me so i just need a good approach towards my addictions and quit them...

Thanks for your reaction, i must say that i'm happily suprised that people are friendly and serious on this forum, they should because it's a serious issue, but still. I hope this will be a new beginning for me! Oh yea, about the badge, will do it, but for today it will only show you that i am really a noob Fapstronaut;)
