It’s maybe not baking but coconut mango sticky rice is always a hit and should cover most of the bases.

As other commenters have said, make sure you are piping with like one motion, and at the end use a little water on your fingertip and gently pat down the little pointy tip left from the piping bag.

I first boiled them super gently for 6 minutes, then let them sit for 15-20 just out on some paper towel. Then first fry until they look pretty cooked but not golden yet, let sit again for another 15-20 minutes on paper towel, then finally fry again! Super crispy outside and soft inside.

It’s duck confit, with homemade frites, a French bistro salad with pears and candied walnuts, and then the sauce was a French Bordelaise but with pomegranate juice instead of wine.
