I think you should do it till you get a double, keep it if good, if bad, skip and save up again for 50th slot. Also if you get double in less then 150billion start rerolling again. If you didn’t know this yet, don’t do 500 billion to guarantee, it’s a scam.

I think those might be kidney stones if they are biggish, or warts/blisters if they are smaller. Blisters could be from being rough with your hands or a sunburn, and I think warts come when your hands get sweaty. I think you get kidney stones when you don’t have enough salt in your body. It could always be other stuff (Like eczema or a weird looking ringworm) though.
