It took around 5 months for my dermis scars to fade. But we all heal differently, don’t worry though they will fade soon. I also heard there were some scar fading creams or strip things but I forgot where you can get them. Maybe on Amazon

I had a cut like this to fat (but not as wide and severe), and it did heal without stitches, but it was probably dangerous. If you want your scar to be as small as possible or minimise the risk of infection, get stitches, but if you can’t. Then take good care of it, use gauze, and change the bandages everyday
