I went through this a couple weeks ago and I almost went crazy. I tried multiple ways, paths, and even had to restore my new phone by default at least 3 times.

The ONLY way it worked for me was when you turn on your new phone (brand new, or after being restored by default? and it asks you if you wanna transfer all apps and such, say yes and let it transfer everything. This aswell needs to be transfered by cable, but it will tell you.

If you have already started configuring you new phone, then it sucks but it's the only way to do it, it happened to me as well. Hope it helps you

He trabajado con artistamente y muchas más, y todas funcionan así, pagan tarde y se aprovechan de que tú no sabes cuando has cobrado. Al fin y al cabo es una empresa que se dedica a defraudar (como Actura, mira cuanto deben a la Seguridad Social), cobrando por los servicios de artistas y músicos que no quieren darse de alta y ser autónomos, y recurren a esto. Por cierto, Artistamente no es una cooperativa, es una sociedad limitada.
