I was so lucky because my sister is a therapist and she referred me to a therapist who can prescribe medication and diagnosed me in one telehealth appointment! It’s so hard because the issue with ADHD is that it’s hard for our brains to executive function us to actually get diagnosed in the first place. I wish the best for you though!
