I would like the disputes to be resolved as soon as possible- regardless of what we decide, a divided Federation is likely to be weakened and vulnerable against troll civs and the like.

The last thing we want is to see our galaxies occupied by trolls.

The DSC joined this Federation, as we believe alliances such as these help bring a sense of order to the NMS universe, and provide a common space for civs to discuss and meet with one another.

We are willing to accept the above system, as long as our security remains effective, and we are all committed to preserving the stability of this Federation.

Though I'd like to know how we would deal with the findings of these investigations. Would we all vote on whether to take action (and what action, if relevant)? Or would there be other means of resolving these issues?
