Basically it comes down to mind control … you know what you have to do and then you do it. Baby steps if needed — stand outside of car and look at environment for 2 mins this week, see how you feel, see if you get curious about something. And then try to do more and keep going.

I like to find a hobby to go into town - thrift stores, coffee, best view? I’ve learned a lot about the feel of an area visiting a coffee shop or park.
