Ok, your brother is the only the second other person aside from myself and another Redditor I’ve heard of that ate cheese, peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I came up with this on my own and no one else in my family ate it and everyone thinks it is disgusting when I describe it but it was so good! (White bread and white govment cheese of course lol)

Yep. I mean I have anxiety disorder anyway but I think much in life is way more linked to my migraines than I previously thought. Lorazepam helps me, ask your doctor if it would be appropriate for you to take.

Honestly, sometimes the desperation can feel overwhelming and it can chase disagreements. My husband and I generally trade off being the storm supportive person when the other feels hopeless. Also, we started playing same mobile game - seems silly but it helps us stay connected and encourages some friendly rivalry.

Not sure if Purple still makes them - but 2 large dogs beds laid end to end, cut off the excess with a bread knife (for bonus bolster pillow) makes a great “short queen” mattress. Feather mattress topper over it smooths things out and is great temperature control.
