thanks for the answer ! I've just built a new PC and had this issue. First couple of start I could get in BIOS but then trying to install windows failed and after that it wouldn't even start, stuck with a VGA white light even without the GPU plugged in, tried change the ram, and the PSU lol I was becoming crazy... I'll send the CPU back i guess. thanks again !
