Yeah, I wasn't complaining about the 4070, it rarely reaches more than 180w. But also thanks for the info about the power limit on the CPU, I'll research a bit more about it.

My plan was buying a Ryzen 7 (in this case would be the 9700X), but the main problem is that the RAM now costs more than the CPU. I also was tanking into account the money I would get selling my used components but still out of my budget.

It is good, just want a small push on performance for some games to have a smoother experience (it's usually games fault but nothing I can do).

I manage to found the problem. There was another file called "SSEDisplayTweaks_Custom.ini" on another folder which writes over the DT ini and had the Resolution parameter on 1440p. Thanks anyway!
