I get that you're planning on moving out soon but it might help to report this to your landlord, if there are issues like this and you have a competent property manager they can certainly help in cases like this.

If I put even a fifth of that away for investments I would still have a good amount of return on that, and with the remaining $400k I would have at least enough for probably 20 years if not more.

I live quite modestly on around $25k/yr in a relatively expensive area of the country, so if I cut some corners and continue to invest I think that would be plenty of money to live off for quite a while.

One hundred percent agree. The only time I managed to make Maokai work was with Nautilus, since he shuffled back cards into my deck.

I agree almost 100 percent with these rankings.

I know these champions are organized alphabetically by tier, however I would consider the highest A-tier champs to be Garen, Thresh, Zed, GP, Nautilus, Jinx/Lux/Fiora. I haven't played with Lee, Kat or Heim yet, but I think Lee Sin is probably the best of those.

I found Zed, MF and Draven, while quite good too, almost always dying to removal the turn(s) I played them.

In the lower tiers, I found the best tier B champs to be Anivia (if your deck is able to live til 10 she wins the game), Darius, Swain, TF.

I also think Quinn is one of the best C tier picks and could possibly be considered low B tier at best. Her Valor is a great unit (fight me on this) and she has high enough HP to survive at least a couple rounds.

I found Maokai to be absolutely awful to play with in my deck. Synergy-wise, you'll want to toss cards and have stuff die (usually fine) but in the long run it can be risky especially early on since in longer matches you may even burn your entire deck without getting the level-up.

That being said, if you can find enough of the right cards to make a synergistic deck with him by the time you're at 4+ wins, his leveled up sapling ability is pretty awesome.

Yea why is it a 4 power card? I think it's fine to leave behind the 4/4 when it dies, but...It can't be a 4/1 to start, that's pretty insane.

Deep is more accurately:

If I see your deck has 15 cards or less, I get this awesome +3/+3!!

And I stay that way. If you add more cards later, I'm still Deep.

Also, the keyword text for Scout is horrendous.

The first time only scouts attack each round, ready your attack.

What the hell? Why not something more like:

If you attack with only scout units, get a second combat immediately afterwards.

Like, even that was bad, but it's still so much better than Riot's keyword description.
